I love it when the lilacs are finally blooming in the spring. They are my very favorite flower. I love the color and form, but the scent of course is what really endears them to me.We have one little lilac bush at home, planted by the previous owners, but it has never done much. I keep thinking I should look into how to properly care for lilacs and see if I can give it some encouragement. I would just love to have a big flowering lilac bush to enjoy every spring.
